Biosecurity Event
BIOSECURITY EVENT
In order to provide further support to livestock farmers in the South West, Defra is funding events to provide tailored advice and guidance on reducing TB risks through good bio-security.
The South West TB Farm Advisory Service (SWTBFAS), working in partnership with colleagues from Animal Health (AH), Food Environment and Research Agency (FERA), and Farm Crisis Network (FCN) are hosting a series of events for livestock farmers in March.
The events will include a morning and afternoon session of TB bio-security presentations and ‘farm walks’ and an evening seminar outlining the potential routes of TB transmission, as well as practical bio-security measures that can reduce the risk of bovine TB infecting your cattle
